PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which encases a cell block connecting a plurality of cells in parallel or series, and is stuck with an outer package label. SOLUTION: A battery holder (2) encasing the cell block comprises a pair of end covers (21, 22) covering both end-faces of the cell block, and a connecting member (23) and a holding member (32) connecting one side and the other side of the end covers (21, 22) respectively. On the tip portion of the holding member (32), there is formed a sticking member (32b) having a flat face of the same height as that of a positioning member (24) formed on the other side of the end cover (21). The cell block is encased in the holder (2), and then the facing packaging label is windingly stuck on the sticking member (32b), the positioning member (24) and the one end cover (21), thereby holding the other end cover (22) on both the sides, and constituting the packed battery which is firm and hardly disassembled.
