PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade guide capable of following a shape change in an upper grating plate in a nuclear power plant. SOLUTION: Blade guide bodies 18 having a shape similar to a fuel assembly are adjacently arranged by two pieces in the diagonal line direction. Handles 21 of the two blade guide bodies 18 and 18 are inserted into and fixed to a tie plate 26. First bolt holes 29 and second bolt holes 30 are arranged on both sides of the handles 21 in the tie plate 26. Third bolt holes 31 are arranged for fixing the handles 21. The first bolt holes 29 are used for ABWR, and the second bolt holes 30 are used for BWR. When performing work for the ABWR, bolts are screwed in the first bolt holes 29, and the second bolt holes 30 are put in a free state. Work is inversely performed for the BWR. The handles 21 can be fixed and a position can be changed by screwing in the bolts.
