PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight landing hall door for an elevator capable of satisfying regulations as a fire door by reducing a warp at fire time. SOLUTION: A reinforcing material 52 is adhered to the reverse of a surface plate 51 by an adhesive layer 53 composed of an organic adhesive, and is joined by a metallic material, for example, a rivet only on one edge of the surface plate 51. The metallic material for joining the surface plate 51, the reinforcing material 52, and both uses metal having a melting point of 900 deg.C or more.
