摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormality of water flowing in a city water pipe by using a part of a flow measuring means of a city water meter. SOLUTION: This city water meter has a constitution equipped with a flow detection means 16 for measuring the flow rate of water flowing in a passage, and an abnormality detection means 17 for detecting an abnormality of fluid. Hereby, the abnormality of the fluid can be discovered quickly by a simple method.
