PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corotation of a separator. SOLUTION: In a H-steel 1 constituting an earth retaining wall, a base end part of a sheet pile staying metal fitting 13 is installed via an external thread member 2. In the front end of the sheet pile staying metal fitting 13, a corotation preventing mechanism 14 constructed of a cylindrical main body 15 and a corotation preventing member 16 locked in the main body 15 by snapping is mounted previously. A length adjusting external thread part 4a in the separator 4 is screwed to a tip internal thread part 13b in the sheet pile staying metal fitting 13 through the axial center parts of the corotation preventing member 16 and the main body 15. After the separator 4 is turned to adjust a threading amount into the sheet pile staying metal fitting 13, the corotation preventing member 16 is forcibly inserted into the main body 15. In this way, the separator 4 is fastened from the outer circumference side, and its rotation is surely prevented.
