PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital still camera for which a recording medium is easily replaced and which eliminates the need for another package to store a used recording medium or a recording medium not in use. SOLUTION: The digital still camera is provided with another slot to temporarily store a recording medium as a holder 2 in addition to a media slot 1 for reading/writing of information to/from a removable recording medium 5. In replacing the recording medium 6 used at present, a card cover 4 is opened, the used recording medium 5 loaded in the media slot 1 is removed and replaced with a recording medium 3 having been inserted to the holder 2. |
