PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive reducer where the increase in temperature is small in a rotor, and at the same time, damping force is high. SOLUTION: The reducer has a rotor 12 mounted to a rotary shaft 11 integrally, a plurality of through-holes 20 formed on in the rotor 12, a conduction member 21 provided around each through-hole 20, and a flux supply means 33; and the flux supply means 33 is mounted to a fixing side, and is used to operate flux for passing though the through-hole 20.
