PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce oil leakage from a floating seal at a truck roller. SOLUTION: In the truck roller 12, a roller is rotatably mounted to a shaft 15 via a bush 14, and an oil reservoir 17 filled with an oil is provided between the shaft 15 and the roller 13; and in the oil filling method of the truck roller for the civil engineering/construction machine, the oil of approximately 40-60% full oil reservoir volume is filled in the oil reservoir 17.
