PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the product treatment time by reducing the number of temperature raising/dropping operations in a heat treatment equipment for treating a plurality of products at a plurality of kinds of treatment temperature. SOLUTION: A production management method comprises a step (100) of arraying all products to be treated including products to be treated at the same temperature in the order of the higher priority, a step (105) of re-arraying the product belonging to the same treatment temperature in a continuous manner when the products belonging to the different treatment temperature are adjacent to each other in the arrayed product row, a step (110) of instructing the product treatment according to the order of the re-arrayed product row, and a step (115) of instructing the treatment temperature raising/dropping operations during the product treatment when the products belonging to the different treatment temperature are adjacent to each other in the re-arrayed product row. Thus, the time of product treatment can be prolonged by reducing the number of the temperature raising/dropping operations of the heat treatment equipment in which a plurality of products are treated at a plurality of kinds of temperature.
