PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating button holding structure that can hold an operating button stably, and reduce backlash, and has a large allowable margin for dimension, and can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: A supporting part 7a supports a single hinge type operating button 7c through an elastic linking part 7b. The supporting part 7a has a T-shaped cross section and a wide part 7d in its end. The leg of the T-shaped supporting part 7a is inserted into a supporting frame 6a of a supporting panel 6 for the supporting part to be installed to the panel 6. Thereafter, a press member 3 presses the wide part 7d of the T-shaped supporting part 7a. The wide part 7d of the T-shaped supporting part 7a is held between the supporting frame 6a and the press member 3 to hold the supporting part 7a of the operating button 7c.
