PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate an efficient work schedule being a work schedule generated according to the ability of a plurality of persons in charge, respectively. SOLUTION: A schedule generation apparatus is provided with an information accepting means (S1) for accepting input of request information, a time table storage means for storing a time table wherein work assignment data are assigned in time series every person in charge, and a decision means (S19) for deciding at least a person in charge from among the plurality of persons in charge on the basis of the stored time table data and accepted request information.
