<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable swift recovery from an accident, by transmitting surely and easily accident information detected on the monitor control system side to a workshop and the like. SOLUTION: On the monitor control side, a monitor operation computer 1 for transmitting information to the workshop is prepared, with the information comprising electronic accident information of an accident detected by a protective relay device and of the contents of the accident, and repair operation information. On the workshop side, the electronic accident information and repair operation information, both are transmitted from the monitor operation computer, is obtained by an accident-related operation computer 2, and the obtained information is printed out by a printer 3. As for the monitor operation computer, a monitor operation computer already existing in the monitor control system or an equivalent mirror machine is employed, where such a monitor operation computer generates accident information and repair work information, and transmits it to the workshop side.</p> |
