<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care service with high quality from each care service staff by specifying requests from persons standing in need of care among answers from the persons for questionnaire prepared by each care manager and disclosing suitably the requests to a care service staff. SOLUTION: A database system for nursing care support at home comprises an information storage means, a communication means with external devices can an information processing means to control each means, the storage means stores the questionnaire to acquire the requests and answers from the persons for the questionnaire together attributes of the answers. And the processing means transmits the questionnaire read out from the storage means to terminals of the persons and storage the answers for the questionnaire received from the persons together the attributes. Furthermore, when the attributes of the answers from the service provider are specified, the processing means extracts the answers responded to the attributes from the storage means transits them to terminals of the staff.</p> |
