PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure preventing burning of a seal material 10 of a damper and adhering of dust. SOLUTION: A high-temperature gas damper has a damper blade 8 opening or closing a branch pipe 3 provided additionally in a high temperature gas duct 2, a metallic extenpandable outer and inner cylinders 13, 14 are arranged in the periphery of an opening side surface of the damper blade 8, and a seal chamber 15 is provided in an opening side end part between these outer and inner cylinders 13, 14. A seal plate 16 is arranged in the periphery of an opening of the branch pipe 3, a ring-shaped stopper 17 and inner and outer guides 19, 18 having a prescribed space are attached to the seal plate 16, the seal chamber 15 is movably arranged between these inner and outer guides 19, 18. Cooling air (a), having a pressure is supplied to the seal chamber 15, so as to make the cooking air (a) flow between the seal chamber 15 and the seal plate 16.
