PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative board for a concrete wall surface which is quite light and can cope with water leakage from a rear face through a drain hole or a crack of a retaining wall or the like. SOLUTION: A decorative board 2 of the present invention is characterized to have a honeycomb state layer 4 on a rear face part to be attached to a wall surface 10. By constituting more than a half with the honeycomb state layer 4, drastic reduction of weight can be achieved, and it can be easily fixed to the wall surface only by bonding with an adhesive. Since leakage leaking out of a drain hole 11 can flow down through the honeycomb state layer 4 on the rear face of the decorated board, existing drainage function of a retaining wall is not lost and since water is drained through the rear face of the decorated board, the surface of the decorated board is not stained.
