DESCALING METHOD OF SILICON STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT SURFACE PERFORMANCE AND CONTINUOUS DESCALING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a descaling method and continuous descaling apparatus, by which a hot rolled silicon steel sheet is descaled efficiently and the silicon steel sheet having excellent surface performance is obtained. SOLUTION: The descaling method of descaling the hot rolled sheet of the hot rolled silicon steel sheet is performed by rolling the hot rolled sheet as the scale is stuck on the surface of the hot rolled plate, annealing the rolled steel sheet in an atmosphere of <=50 deg.C dew point at 600-1200 deg.C and pickling the annealed steel sheet to obtain the silicon steel sheet having the excellent surface performance. The continuous descaling apparatus for executing the method is provided.
