PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate excellent in printing durability and free from thickening of dots even when the pH of a developer decreases. SOLUTION: The photosensitive lithographic printing plate has a basecoat layer containing a compound (A) prepared by hydrolyzing and dehydrating and condensing a silane coupling agent having addition polymerizable ethylenic double bonds and a compound (B) having polyethyleneoxide chains expressed by-(CH2 CH2 O)n - (wherein n satisfies 4<=n<=120) on a supporting body, and has a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer containing a compound having addition polymerizable ethylenic double bonds, a photopolymerization initiator and a polyurethane resin binder on the basecoat layer. The amount of the compound (B) in the basecoat layer is >=0.5 times as the amount of the compound (A). |
