PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that displays an image inside an object such as concrete by a multipath system three-dimensional imaging radar of radio waves. SOLUTION: An array antenna 10 is used. The array antenna 10 has a plurality of transmission and reception antenna elements. The array antenna 10 is moved on a plane, and at the same time the plurality of transmission antenna elements are changed for each movement unit of the array antenna 10 for discharging the radio waves. Changing reception is repeatedly carried out by the plurality of reception antennal elements 10 for each transmission from the individual transmission antenna, and the inside of the object is displayed by the three-dimensional image according to an obtained reception signal.
