PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for charged state control, capable of effectively conducting uniformization of the charged state of each unit cell which constitutes a battery pack using a simple structure. SOLUTION: A cell dispersion adjustment device CEUi is provided with discharging circuits P1-P4, consisting of resistors and switches for each unit cell Ci1-Ci4, and generates operation signals SD1-SD4 for driving the switches of discharging circuits P1-P4 to be opened and closed, based on the potential Eij at the connecting points of unit cells Cij, Cij+1 (j=1 to 3) and the potential Erj at the connecting points of each resistor Ri, Ri+1 constituting a voltage- dividing circuit 20. The device is further provided with a discharge prohibition circuit 26 for inhibiting the operation of the discharging circuits P1-P4 by forcibly lowering the operation signals SD1-SD4 to a lower level. A BCU 12 enablers adjustment operation of voltage dispersion, using the discharge circuits P1-P4 by means of the cell dispersion adjustment device CEUi, by turning off the discharge inhibition circuit 26, only when the ignition switch is on. |
