PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet formed by incorporating a UV reflecting function and a mildew resistant function to a lens sheet base material and to provide a transmission type screen using the lens sheet. SOLUTION: The lens sheet wherein a lens part consisting of a cured matter of ionizing radiation curing type resin is formed on one surface of the base material constituted of at least one layer is characterized in that at least fine particles of zinc oxide are dispersed in the inner part of any layer of the base material. The transmission type screen is formed by using the lens sheet.
