PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems that when a large current flows into a conventional ceramic terminal, Joule heat occurs due to the high resistance of a line conductor and this heat causes the occurrence of false operation and leads to thermal destruction in a semiconductor element stored in the semiconductor package. SOLUTION: In a plate part 1 of the ceramic terminal F, a plurality of ceramic layers 1a are laminated and internal layer conductor layers 6 extending between both sides that are generally perpendicular to a line direction are provided and conductor layers A, B by which the ends of the line conductor 3 and the ends of the internal layer conductor layer 6 are connected are formed at the both sides that are generally perpendicular to the line direction, respectively.
