PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-cylinder rotary compressor, method and apparatus of assembling it which uniforms contacting width in axial end face of a roller in rotational axis counter eccentric part of the multi-cylinder rotary compressor and a shaft hole end face part of an intermediate plate over entire periphery of rotational direction, which improves non-uniformity of tightness and simultaneously which includes a bearing part improving air tight performance. SOLUTION: The method includes process aligning center of axis Om of the shaft hole in the intermediate plate with center of axis Os of the rotational axis and fixing when the multi-cylinder rotary compressor, constituting to interpose a plurality of cylinders 6, 8 compressing and actuating due to rotation of an eccentric part and the intermediate plate 12 provided to separate adjacent cylinders from each other and including the shaft hole 12a which passes through the rotational axis at the central part between two bearings 4, 5 supporting a rotational shaft 1 which includes a plurality of the eccentric parts 1a, 1b, is assembled.
