PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily enable title names over a plurality of tracks to be input and corrected. SOLUTION: A title name according to a track read from MD-MO2 is stored in a title name memory 13 in a title input unit 10 via a UTOC memory 4. A title name input/correction processing section 14 displays the contents stored in the title name memory 13 on the screen of a display 12. When a user carried out the integrated input/correction operation for the title name of each track by using a keyboard 11, which includes each operation such as copy, movement, and exchange of the title name character string between different tracks or in the same track, the title name input/correction processing section 14 carries out the integrated input/correction processing for the title name of each track including each processing such as copy, movement, exchange of the title name character string between different tracks or in the same track for the title name memory 13. A title name input and corrected is recorded on MD-MO2 just before it is unloaded.
