PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating composition giving a coating film having an excellent antiblocking property smoothness, excellent weather resistance, acid resistance, scratch resistance, a low-temperature baking property and high coating efficiency by electrostatic coating. SOLUTION: The powder coating composition contains 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic resin having epoxy group, a glass transition temperature of 30-90 deg.C and a number-average molecular weight (Mn) of 1,000-15,000, 1-30 pts.wt. of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, 0.1-15 pts.wt. of a crystalline monocarboxylic acid and 0.1-15 pts.wt. of an aliphatic polybasic carboxylic acid having >=3 carboxy groups.
