PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transmission device, having a clutch and plural sheets of damper plates mounted on the clutch formed into the same shape and being capable of fit with two or more kinds of damper springs. SOLUTION: Plural sheets of damper plates 2, 2, etc., are formed into the same shape of a substantially fan-shape. Grooves 4, 4, etc., fitted with the long damper springs 7, 7, etc., therein are provided on the outer periphery. Grooves 6, 6, etc., fitted with the short damper springs 8, 8, etc., therein are provided on the inner periphery side.
