Or, glass powder whose thermal expansion coefficient is (70-85)×10<-7> / deg.C is used. A plasma display panel having a high dielectric breakdown voltage and a flat and smooth, and uniform surface can be obtained by forming a dielectric glass layer 14 by firing.
