SOLUTION: The data of questionnaire replies are received from a preregistered member, and the received data are converted into the points by referring to the table prestoring the relationship between the questionnaires and the points. Upon receiving the data of a utilization amount of money of a highway from the onboard device of the member, the received data is converted into the points by referring to the table prestoring the relationship between the utilization amount of money and the points. By referring to the table prestoring the relationship between the points and the digital money, the points are converted into the digital money. The converted digital money is transferred to the account for every member. The payment request of the digital money is received, the balance of the digital money of the account corresponding to the member is examined, and the settlement is made to effect payment of the digital money. |
