PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional mobile terminal system where the utility state of a user has been randomly managed by individual service providers of service utilization places or a user itself has had to record when the user utilizes what type of service when the user utilizes information from its terminal through a network. SOLUTION: A management server transmits an agent to a user terminal and manages recording of behaviors of the user through the tendency of the agent. The server collectively manages all information independently of the utility service places. The use of the agent in the user terminal is optional, but when the user having utilized the agent in the past has an interregnum of utilizing a utility agent and uses again the agent, the server provides the past behavior history to a new agent so as to realize the service utility support in matching much more with the utility state of the user. |
