PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information transmission device which allows a radio transmission of image information at a low rate without depending on an OS. SOLUTION: The image information transmission device according to the present invention comprises an inputting unit for inputting image information transmitted by a central processing unit, a level information generating unit for generating level information of each pixel on a screen based on at least the image information, a storage unit for storing level information of each pixel in all areas on the screen, an area extracting unit for extracting an area of the screen including pixels relating to the image information, an updated area level information generating unit for generating level information of each pixel in the screen area based on the level information of each pixel generated by the level information generating unit, a compressing unit for compressing information amount of level information in each pixel in the screen area, and a communication unit for transmitting positional information of the screen area and the compressed level information.
