<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discharge inside an airtight container and also enhance the withstand voltage performance of a gas-insulated switchgear tank, achieving applicability to the rated voltage for the switchgear tank with its size being reduced or unchanged, as it is. SOLUTION: The gas-insulated switchgear is provided with a plurality of insulation barriers 11-14 made of an insulator between the airtight container 4 and its internal live part and between each live part. On the surface of these insulation barriers 11-14, platy insulators (i.e., gathers) 31-36 or step sections 90, 95 containing a barrier face for blocking discharge development along the surface are provided.</p> |
