<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize ashes mostly discarded which have pozzolan activity like an incineration ash of pulp sludge or a fly ash or the like as cement admixtures. SOLUTION: Wet pulverization of ashes which have pozzolan activity like an incineration ash of pulp sludge or a fly ash or the like under an existence of an organic dispersant in an aqueous medium makes the ashes into ultra fine powders of 3μm or less in mean particle diameter like slurry.</p> |
