PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of a pinching tool by changing a contact surface shape between a pinching end and an anisotropic conductive film, reducing the residue to the pinching end contact surface of a film, and enhancing yield. SOLUTION: The pinching tool includes at least a first contact face (212), a first pinching end (210) brought into contact with a separation tape (230) through the first contact surface, a second contact surface (222) and a second pinching end (220). Furthermore, the first contact surface has a number of first projections (214), and the second contact surface has a number of second projections (224). Each first projection and each second projection are in a bar-like state, and since the first projections are arranged on the first contact surface in parallel and the second projections are arranged on the second contact surface in parallel, the first projections and the second projections are mutually vertically intersected in pinching to be pinched so as to form point pinching. |
