PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the check timing before failure occurrence and improve system reliability by totally controlling diagnosis information of actuator and the like with the use of self-diagnosis function of a controller loaded on vehicles of individual users and making use of it. SOLUTION: When vehicle information is received, it is discriminated to examine whether diagnosis results of failure exist (S100 to S102). When there is a failure, various data are gained to estimate a failure position and determine a service procedure (S103 to S105) so that preparation of corresponding parts and work plans are made smooth. When there is no failure, all information including vehicle operation information is gained to operate the degradation states of parts and systems and estimate the degradation characteristics and life so that necessary timing of service is operated (S106 and S110). Then, service timing and the results are informed to the users and various kinds of information are informed to dealers and recorded in a data base (S111 to S113), so that the check timing is forecasted to the users before the failure occurrence of actuator and cost and time necessary for repair are reduced. |
