PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of charging being incapable of being stopped being continued, when full charge and overcurrent are not detected at all, due to failure of battery voltage measurement part. SOLUTION: A battery pack integrates charged capacity during charging, diagnoses as to whether or not charge capacity is over a certain specified value, and provides with a self-diagnosis means 12a for making failure diagnosis for abnormal charged capacity, by turning off a charge FET 16. By this constitution, safety of a battery pack and electronics in use of the battery pack is maintained. |
