PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear cuvette array in which cuvettes made of plastic material are integrally assembled, all cuvettes in the array have the same shape and dimensions, and the adjacent cuvettes are connected to each other by a single arm, a two-dimensional cuvette array including the linear cuvette array and a system including two or more two-dimensional cuvette array. SOLUTION: In this linear cuvette array, the individual single arms 15, 16 have a curved shape to form an integral construction with each cuvette 12, and include a means 19, 29 functioning to accurately position the cuvette 12 in an opening of a cuvette holder and a means 21, 22 for removably connecting the cuvette 12 to the cuvette holder. Each cuvette 12 has substantially cylindrical upper chamber 17 and lower chamber 18 having the common symmetry axis Y-Y passing the center of both chambers.
