PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the stator structure of a rotating field electric apparatus, in which windings can be wound around magnet pole teeth, without inserting a needle deeply in the sots of a stator, the crossover lines of the coil winding can be arranged, without moving the crossover lines toward the outer periphery of a stator core, and the contact between coils in the slots can be prevented without fail. SOLUTION: The rotating field electrical apparatus has a circular core (outer periphery core 26), and a plurality of the magnetic pole teeth 27, formed integrally with the circular core and projected radially toward the internal circumference or outer periphery of the circular core opposed to a rotor. In the stator structure of the rotating field electrical apparatus, each slot 13 is formed between adjacent magnet pole teeth 27 and an insulator 12 covering the stator core 11 is provided, where the windings 17 are wound around magnet pole teeth 27 via insulator 12 to form coils 18. The insulator 12 has projections 44 projecting, as viewed from the front of the stator core 11, into the inside of the slots 13.
