PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently insert a power roller within a cavity of a unit made as a single unit by assembling an input shaft, an input disc and an output disc in advance, when incorporating the unit into a transmission case. SOLUTION: The input disc 2 and 3, the output disc 4 and a disc spring 12 are assembled to the input shaft 1 in advance and are assembled as a disc unit 24; A holder 25 for space holding, which fits into an outer periphery of the input shaft 1 and keeps space between the input discs 2 and 3 and the output disc 4 to a prescribed space against elastic energizing force by the disc spring 12, is provided between the input discs 2 and 3 and the output disc 4 in the disc unit 24; and in this state, the disc unit 24 is incorporated into the transmission case to assemble a transmission.
