PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a regenerated plastic composition capable or being effectively used as a resin material for producing PVC substitute goods from PET bottle salvaged materials, a molding method capable of exhibiting performance of PVC molded articles as substituted goods, and a measure cap having an optimal shape as substitute goods. SOLUTION: The regenerated plastic composition is a composition obtained by mixing 75 to 93 pts.wt. of a regenerated plastic produced by crushing a polyethylene terephthalate resin molded article, 5 to 20 wt.% of a mixture comprising an epoxy group-containing styrene-type thermoplastic elastomer and a polycaprolactam, and 2 to 5 wt.% of a titanium oxide white coloring agent. The measure cap having a thickness of from 4 to 7 mm and a diameter of from 150 to 220 mm is obtained by injection-molding the composition under the conditions such that the molding temperature is 20 to 30 deg.C and the crystallinity of the molded article is 20% or less.
