PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient karaoke music selecting device in which a karaoke music is selected and a performance reservation is made by recording reservation number information, etc., on an IC card of a user without conducting cumbersome operations of looking at a karaoke table of contents book to search for the music and operating a remote controller to make a reservation. SOLUTION: The karaoke music selecting device is provided with a table of contents information storage means, a table of contents retrieving means, an IC card interface and a music selection signal outputting means. The table of contents information storage means stores table of contents information which includes reservation number information of karaoke music. The table of contents retrieving means is used to retrieve a karaoke music based on the table of contents information. The IC card interface is used to make an access to the IC card of the user so as to read reservation number information from the card. The music selection signal outputting means outputs music selection signals which include the reservation number information of the karaoke music specified by the table of contents retrieving means or the reservation number information read from the card to a karaoke device. |
