PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concrete from flowing into a box and abutting on the front face of a rotating plate, when the box is embedded in the concrete, in a cover for the embedded wiring box, to which the rotating plate having an opening for attaching electrical components on a front face of a box body is attached rotatably. SOLUTION: The rotating plate C, having the opening B for attaching the electrical components on the front face of the box body A, is rotatably attached to the cover for the embedded wiring box. When the cover for embedded wiring box covers the front face of the box body A, it also covers from the outside to the outer circumferential edge of the rotating plate B, and the cover for embedded wiring box has a shape and a size which can prevent the concrete from abutting on the front face of the rotating plate B, when the embedded wiring box is embedded in the concrete.
