PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the input of a character even on a condition hard for a user to use an ordinary keyboard concerning the character input when using electronic equipment. SOLUTION: An input character is selected by a dial and a push switch is pressed so that the selected character can be inputted to the electronic equipment.
