<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a control system for a glass product formation machine by simplifying the machine operation and also to facilitate the machine control in order to improve its productivity. SOLUTION: This glass product formation machine is controlled by a programmable sequencer that specifies a machine cycle of predetermined cycle time. The controller uses the computerization model of mathematical expression of a network restricted view of an unwrapped glass product formation process and analyzes the model as a restricted optimization problem. In this analysis, whether optimization process is specified or not is determined based on a work period, a semi-work period, the machine cycle time, each event time in the unwrapped schedule and each heat formation process period and it judges active restraints that interfere improvements.</p> |
