PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a low back type dielectric filter having a plurality of dielectric resonators and a dielectric substrate for mounting a component to be mounted. SOLUTION: A lower surface electrode 3 is thermocompression bonded to the one surface of the dielectric substrate 1 formed with an opening, and a recess 5 is formed. An upper surface electrode 4 is formed on another surface, a through hole 6 is drilled, a through hole plating layer 9 is formed, and the electrode 4 is conducted with the electrode 3. Then, electric elements 8a, 8b and 8c such as a plurality of resistors, diodes, air-core coils and the like are mounted at predetermined positions, dielectric resonators 7a to 7d are filled in the recesses, and their inner conductors are connected to predetermined positions of the upper surface electrode by using connecting conductors 10. A cover 11 is so put as to cover the mounting surface, and a label 12 in which manufacturing information is printed on the upper surface of the cover 11, is laminated to constitute the dielectric filter.
