<p>The invention relates to the production of reinforcing materials and makes it possible to increase the resistance of reinforcement and simplify the design of a processing line. The inventive processing line for producing a non-metallic reinforcement comprises a bobbin holder, an impregnating chamber and a forming unit. Said forming unit comprises a spinneret block, a pre-polymerising chamber, and a unit for coiling the reinforcement and/or a unit for cutting the reinforcement. The inventive profiling device is embodied in the form of a heated manifold which is split on the centreplane thereof and provided with a deepening disposed on the inner surface thereof whose shape fits the profile of the reinforcement.</p> |
