<p>The invention concerns an electrolyser with an anionic membrane comprising at least an anode, at least a cathode separated by at least an anionic membrane defining a sealed anode section and a sealed cathode section, the electrolyser including a wet sheet or fabric located on either side of said membrane as means for preserving humidity of said membrane when the membrane is not in contact with the electrolyte. The invention also concerns a method for producing a hypochlorite solution using the inventive electrolyser, and the thus produced hypochlorite solutions and their various uses.</p> |
