<p>An ironing board consists of a surface and a height adjustable support frame with two legs connected by a linkage. The first leg is fixed to the underside of the board. The second leg is fixed to a guide element (40,42). The guide element is retained by a guide track, and is connected to retainer(s) (50,52). The guide element is made of polyamide.
