<p>The closure of the breather vent (6) of a hydraulic fluid tank (1) is responsible for the faulty supply in hydraulic fluid (3) of the brake circuit (9), causing the braking to take longer and longer. In order to avoid that, the invention provides for the detection of the closure of the breather vent (6) by means of a depression detector (17) inside the tank (1). This is obtained by using a drive unit (19) suspended to a flexible and sealed bellows (20) separating two sections representing, one atmospheric pressure (18) and the other the pressure (5) inside the tank (1). When a depression occurs in said reservoir following the closure of the breather vent (6), the drive unit (9) is urged into contact with a sensor (23) located in the same space as a level detector (26). A common signalling system with the level detector (26) then warns the driver.</p> |
