A wet cloth can be positioned on top of a rectangular elastic but water resistant rubber element (32) resting on a rigid base (20) with outlets (24) located at the tips (22) of its ribbed lower surface. A mechanism, assembled of three swivel mounted levers (58, 62, 66), is operated by lifting the upper lever (66) causing a rectangular pressure element (40, 42, 44) swivel mounted to the lower lever (58) to move towards the rubber element (32) while being guided by a bolt (48) moving first diagonally (52) then vertically (56) along a slot (50) located at one of the side panels (14) of the housing (12). The water or cleansing substance dripping from the outlets (24) is collected on a sloping sheet (30) below and can be guided to the sink or other appropriate container.
