A magnetic domain controlling film is provided on a soft magnetic film, and magnetizes the soft magnetic film in one direction. The magnetic domain controlling film has a large first thickness t1 enough to magnetize the soft magnetic film at both ends in the magnetization direction of the soft magnetic film, and has a small second thickness t2 enough for the magnetization of the soft magnetic film to be rotated at the central part in the magnetization direction of the soft magnetic film. The magnetic domain controlling film covers the soft magnetic film almost entirely.
