The present invention relates to specific binding members which are able to bind to two or more different antigens at the same time. Such members comprise one or more pairings of variable domains consisting of an immunoglobulin VL and an immunoglobulin VH domain. The VH and VL domains in the pairing both contain a antigen-binding domain which allows the pairing to bind to two antigens simultaneously. Therapeutic applications of such molecules, along with methods and means for production are also described herein. |
